1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping via Fedex, UPS, and USPS with expedited shipping options as well.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination.
  • Large Items are ALL Subject to Additional Freight Shipping

3. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the USA.
  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for these fees.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and in the order confirmation email.

6. Delays and Issues:

  • While we strive to deliver your order on time, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays).
  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue promptly.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.

8. Shipping Damage or Loss:

  • We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate your package.

9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused or unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
