Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility: We accept most returns within 15 days of the delivery date, confirmed via tracking. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable. Electronic items CANNOT be returned. These items are built to order items amongst others that our vendors don’t accept. We hold the right to deny any return for any reason. This is subject to change.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2 Restocking Fee: A 10-20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. The restocking fee is applied to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.

2.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Return Shipping

3.1 Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.2 Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Exchanges

4.1 Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a resolution.
